Acrylic Fiber Packing With PTFE Impregnation, silicon free lubricants made from acrylic fiber which is impregnated with PTFE dispersion and silicon free lubricants.Acrylic Fiber Packing It is a flexible ,resilient ,homogeneous and compact packing .It can be widely utilized in general applications on rotary or alternative shafts, paper mills ,foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industries.
It is diagonally square braided by high performance Acrylic fiber pretreated by dipping Tetrafluoro, and during the braiding process again dipping the Tetrafluoro emulsion, having excellent sealing, lubrication and chemical resistance.
The high-elastic silica core can absorb the vibration, reduce leakage, and is suited for the old pumps with worn out shafts and eccentricity.
